Yoga @ Community Beer Company

This past weekend I headed over to Community Beer Company for Saturday morning yoga!

Right outside their brewery, founder of CubeFit Yoga, taught over 50 beer-loving yogis.

I don't claim to be a yogi or anything, but I will admit that I'm pretty picky about the yoga classes that I attend. I like instructors that actually work your muscles and make you sweat. And after just 15 minutes into this class, I was already starting to work up a sweat!

After the 60 minute class, we got a complimentary pint of beer and a tour of the brewery! I got the coffee porter, which I thought was really tasty. The tour was awesome as well. Our guide basically took us through the whole process of how they make the beer. He was very knowledgable and open to answering any and all questions.

The next Yoga @ Community Beer Company Event will be on February 13. Tickets are just $15. (Trust me, it's worth it.) Click here to purchase tickets.

If you're looking for something fun to do next weekend, Community is celebrating their 3 year anniversary with a big party! It's next Saturday, January 23 from 12:00pm to 6:30pm. Beer, live music, food trucks - it's going to be a ton of fun! Click here to purchase tickets.

  1. No one wants to finish a workout to look in the mirror and see a saggy butt or limp thighs. You want to see that you accomplished something, and even if most of the visual work is done by the alo yoga pants, just that can keep you coming back to the gym to push out another workout session as you work to obtain that taught physique.
