Blatt Beer & Table

I've had my eye on Blatt Beer & Table since the sign went up about a month ago at Preston Hollow Village. And not too long ago, they finally opened up to the public. Of course, the establishment shot to the top of my list of "must-try" restaurants.

Last week, I made my way over to check it out (because I'm ALWAYS in the mood for burgers and beer).

At first glance, it may seem like all of the other new restaurants in town with the simplistic and industrial decor. But don't let that steer you away. Blatt sets itself apart from the others by offering traditional bar food with MULTIPLE German-inspired options. This means brats, bavarian pretzels, beer cheese, kraut, and more! I was extremely excited to see these options on the menu since I rarely see them offered at pubs around here. And get this - everything is made from scratch daily!

Alright, so as you can imagine, I had no idea what to choose, but I ended up settling for the Blatt Burger and the Blattwurst. Y'all, the Blatt Burger is PERFECT. I'm not even sure how to begin to describe the aioli, and don't even get me started on those fries. YUM!

Next on my list to try is the Beer Cheese Cuban!

If you've gotten the chance to try Blatt, what did you get?! I'd love to get your recommendations for my next visit. Comment below!
