Remember a few months ago when we shared a preview of the Spring menu at Sundown at Granada? Well Spring came and went and we are now in the peak of summer! It's crazy how fast this year has flown by, but one thing we can be grateful for is a fresh new summer menu over at Sundown at Granada.
Last week, we got to preview some of the featured dishes on this season's menu and are happy to share them with y'all today! Take a look at the captions to find out which ones were our favorites, and keep in mind that these are not full-sized portions of the dishes.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL! The tuna and plantain chips are served atop a smoked avocado mousse that is just out of this world! Definitely one of my favorites of the night.

The cake is 100% vegan (lactose-intolerant friendly), and 100% rich and decadent. Never in a million years would I have guessed that it's vegan!
