Brunching at Sundown at Granada



Sundown at Granada's brunch menu is no exception to the flavorful and fresh dishes that Chef Jason West strives to serve daily. With influences from all over the south, these meals taste like what you always wished your momma made for you on the weekend.

Chilaquiles
Breakfast + nachos = the meal you've been waiting to cross the border. Whether you order to share or guard them to eat all your own, don't miss out on this dish.

Migas Breakfast Flatbread
Your eyes are not decieving you, that is in fact a breakfast flatbread! Breakfast and pizza mixed into one is what this world needs. The house made chorizo is killer and really made this dish ahhhhmazing.

Sundown Benedict
When I saw the sweet potato hash I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Nothing makes my heart as happy as sweet potatoes, and these did not disappoint. The eggs benedict take a Texas twist with the bbq brisket, and would definitely be something I suggest to someone who wants to taste what Texas is about.

Bananas Foster French Toast
Chef West comes from the infamous Brennans down in New Orleans and used to make a meal similar to this so often that he never thought he'd see the day he would cook it again. Well, I'd just like to say I'm so thankful he blessed the menu with his take on this deliciously sweet treat. The bread is toasted on the grill so it gets nice and crisp and never got soggy. Oh, the bacon was fantastic. Enough said.
