Sundown at Granada Winter Menu

Last week, Sundown at Granada rolled out their Winter Menu, and we've got the highlights from the new menu for y'all today!

Before we get into the meat of the matter, let me take a brief second to rave over the new cocktails. We tried the Basil Martini and the Pomegranate Spice. The Basil Martini is exactly as it sounds. It has a strong, refreshing basil flavor. The Pomegranate Spice is often described as "liquid Christmas," and we agree 100%. It's perfectly fitting as we move into the holiday season.

Now onto the food! If you've been following us for a while, you all know that we are HUGE fans of Sundown at Granada because their food is not only fantastic but also wholesome.

For the "Opening Acts", you can't really go wrong with any of the options. Our favorites of the night were the Spinach and Artichoke Dip and the Ahi Tuna Tacos. One of us could easily order enough tacos to make that her entire meal!

Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ahi Tuna Tacos
Stone Crab Claws
As far as the "Headliners" go, we tried a variety from the new menu, and our top two picks would have to be the Pappardelle Pasta and the Bone In Short Rib. Both are cozy winter meals; we wouldn't mind either of them on a cold evening.

Crisp Wild Mushrooms
Herb Crusted Salmon
Pappardelle Pasta (this is not the full serving size)
Bone-In Short Rib
A huge thank you to Sundown at Granada for having us out at the Winter Menu Preview. As always, Chef Jason West never disappoints.
