I may be a champ at eating food, but cooking food is a whole other story. The Cookery made it easy and so much fun to make a delicious brunch with the perk of being surrounded by some of our closest foodie friends.
The Cookery offers interactive cooking classes for chefs of all levels. Incorporating the season's flavors, each hands-on-class uses as many locally sourced ingredients as possible to create international, regional, and seasonal cuisine. The diverse range of cuisine allows guests to pick and choose a region of interest. Whether you're wanting to learn to make sushi, pad thai, or tikka masala, The Cookery has it all.

For those of us with little to no cooking expertise, you're in good hands here. Our instructors, Kelly and Fiona made it as simple as needed for us to be able to contribute without totally messing it up - a real fear I had walking into the morning. Along with gaining confidence in my cooking abilities, I learned just how useful salt is in flavoring, how to properly crack an egg, and that blow-torching a grapefruit can be therapeutic.
The space itself is beautiful, and the instructors are incredibly friendly, making for an experience I won't soon forget.
