Sai Fine Asian Bistro

Growing up in Colleyville, we lived on the local Whataburger down the street and the beloved Costa Vida. Needless to say, the food scene was never of concern to us. We were completely satisfied. Now, after being in the ever-growing Dallas food scene, finding good food in Colleyville is always a struggle. When we found out Chef Eddy T., former chef and owner of Bite by Eddy T and Kin Kin Urban Thai, was starting his newest venture in Colleyville, we were ecstatic!

Sai Fine Asian Bistro offers a range of Asian favorites with a modern spin. We attended the Grand Opening a little bit over a week ago and got a taste of the menu.

For appetizers, we had the Fried Brussel Sprouts, served with a chili plum sauce and crispy shallots, and the Braised Pork Belly, with pickled daikon and pickled mustard greens. Both were delicious!

For the main course, I ordered the Massaman Short Rib. The 48 hour braised rib was super tender, and while it could have used a little more flavor, the Massaman curry completely made up for it.

And for dessert, get the Green Tea Cheese Cake, featuring matcha green tea, chocolate florentine, crisp meringue, and macerated strawberries. SO good!

As of now, Sai is BYOB. Enjoy!

  1. This place was very comfortable. Restrooms were decent. Coming to event venues here with my friends was an amazing experience. This is my favorite place now, because of its excellent food, perfect lighting, vibrant atmosphere and great ventilation.
